Postage charges

We are committed in keeping our postage charges as low as possible.

We use Royal Mail® 1st class delivery to the UK Mainland.  

Royal Mail aim to deliver 1st Class to UK mainland the next working day, including Saturdays (not Sundays or bank holidays), but are unable to  provide a guaranteed next day delivery for this service. They aim to deliver 93% of 1st Class mail the next working day. (Information taken from Royal mail website)

Our cut off time for deliveries posting out the same day is 03:30 pm Monday to Friday and 11:30 am on Saturdays. We don't post and Royal Mail don't deliver on Sundays.

Other couriers are used for our international deliveries.

Absolutely no profit is made on the postage charge.

We have restructured our postage costs and hope that this is the most economical way of receiving your shoes.
